These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Aurelius Trading Systems website, educational materials, proprietary trading technology, software, indicators, automated trading systems, and related services. By accessing or using any Aurelius Trading Systems website, materials, technology, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Educational Services
Aurelius Trading Systems provides educational programs designed to help clients develop knowledge and skills related to futures trading, market structure, risk management, trade execution, and trading technology. Educational services may include private instruction, live sessions, recorded training materials, assignments, market examples, and access to educational resources. Participation in an Aurelius educational program does not guarantee trading success, profitability, funded-account status, or any particular financial result.
Proprietary Trading Technology
Aurelius Trading Systems may provide authorized clients with access to proprietary trading technology, including indicators, market-visualization tools, software, and automated trading systems. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, access to Aurelius technology is provided as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the authorized client’s personal use. No ownership rights in the underlying software, source code, algorithms, methodologies, or other intellectual property are transferred to the client.
Authorized Use and Restrictions
Aurelius proprietary technology and educational materials are intended solely for use by the individual or entity to whom access has been granted. Clients may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make Aurelius software, indicators, automated trading systems, training materials, videos, or other proprietary content available to unauthorized third parties, except where expressly permitted in writing by Aurelius Trading Systems.
Client Responsibility and Trading Decisions
Clients remain solely responsible for all trading decisions, account activity, position sizing, risk parameters, platform settings, and use of any Aurelius educational material or trading technology. Aurelius Trading Systems does not exercise discretionary authority over client trading accounts and does not execute trades on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for determining whether futures trading and the use of any trading technology are appropriate for their individual circumstances, experience, and financial resources.
No Guarantee of Performance or Results
Aurelius Trading Systems makes no guarantee or representation regarding trading performance, profitability, account funding, evaluation success, payout eligibility, or any other financial result. Trading results vary based on numerous factors, including market conditions, individual decision-making, risk management, technology, execution, and trading experience. Past performance, examples, demonstrations, testimonials, or hypothetical and simulated results should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Aurelius Trading Systems technology and educational programs may reference or operate in connection with third-party trading platforms, brokerage services, market-data providers, proprietary trading firms, evaluation programs, trade-copying services, and other third-party products or services. Aurelius Trading Systems does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, pricing, rules, policies, or operation of these third-party services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, rules, and requirements of any third-party service they choose to use.
Fees, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees for Aurelius Trading Systems educational programs, technology access, licensing, and related services will be communicated to the client before enrollment or purchase. Unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement, all fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are governed by the terms presented to and accepted by the client at the time of enrollment or purchase. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to educational services, proprietary technology, software licenses, training materials, or client-support resources.
Intellectual Property
All Aurelius Trading Systems educational content, training materials, videos, written materials, methodologies, branding, graphics, software, indicators, automated trading systems, algorithms, source code, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Aurelius Trading Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Aurelius intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, modified, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative products or services without prior written authorization from Aurelius Trading Systems, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension or Termination of Access
Aurelius Trading Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to educational programs, proprietary technology, software licenses, training materials, or client-support resources when a client violates these Terms & Conditions, shares or distributes proprietary materials without authorization, attempts to circumvent licensing or security controls, fails to make required payments, or engages in conduct that materially interferes with Aurelius services or the rights of other clients. Termination of access does not transfer or waive any intellectual property rights belonging to Aurelius Trading Systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelius Trading Systems and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, technology failures, business interruption, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of Aurelius educational materials, proprietary technology, software, automated trading systems, or related services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to Services and Technology
Aurelius Trading Systems may periodically modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue educational content, software features, indicators, automated trading technology, licensing systems, or other services as the business and its technology evolve. Updates to third-party trading platforms, data feeds, brokerage systems, or other external services may also require changes to Aurelius technology. Aurelius Trading Systems does not guarantee that any particular feature, configuration, or compatibility will remain available indefinitely.
Changes to These Terms
Aurelius Trading Systems may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or third-party relationships. Updated Terms & Conditions will become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Aurelius services or technology after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
