Aurelius Referral Program Terms
Eligibility. The referral program is available to current Aurelius customers with an active paid subscription, enrollment, or other qualifying Aurelius service in good standing. You must remain an active customer in good standing through the date a referral credit is earned and applied.
Qualifying Referral. A qualifying referral must be a new Aurelius customer who uses your unique referral link and purchases an eligible Aurelius product or service. Self-referrals do not qualify. Existing or previous Aurelius customers are not considered new referrals.
90-Day Qualification Period. The referred customer must remain an Aurelius customer in good standing for 90 consecutive days following the qualifying purchase or enrollment, with all required payments current. No referral credit is earned until the full 90-day qualification period is completed.
$495 Referral Credit. Each qualifying referral earns a $495 Aurelius account credit toward eligible future Aurelius products or services. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Multiple Referrals & Stacking. Qualifying credits accumulate and stack. A maximum of one $495 referral credit may be applied per billing period. Remaining earned credits stay available for future billing periods while you remain eligible and in good standing.
Active-Customer Requirement. You must remain an active Aurelius customer in good standing for pending or unused credits to remain available and be applied. If your qualifying Aurelius relationship is cancelled, terminated, suspended, or ceases to be in good standing, pending and unused referral credits are forfeited.
Cancellations, Refunds & Failed Payments. A referral does not qualify if the referred customer's purchase or service is cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, delinquent, or otherwise ceases to be in good standing during the 90-day qualification period.
Eligible Products & Services. All current Aurelius Trading Systems paid products and services are eligible unless specifically stated otherwise. Aurelius may determine eligibility for future products, services, promotional offers, or special programs.
Non-Transferable. Credits belong solely to the customer who earned them and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged for cash, or used to make payments to third parties.
Referral Tracking. Referrals should use your unique Aurelius referral link. A referral must be reasonably attributable to you through Aurelius's referral tracking system. Aurelius cannot guarantee credit for referrals that cannot reasonably be attributed to a referring customer.
Program Administration. Aurelius Trading Systems may verify eligibility, reject duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid referrals, and modify or discontinue the program. Any referral that fully completed its 90-day qualification period and earned a credit before a program change will be honored under the terms in effect when the credit was earned.
